By accessing or using the GenoX website and learning platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The GenoX platform is an educational system designed to support the delivery of the Forensic and Genomic Science curriculum to partnered schools as an elective course.

Access is provided exclusively through institutional agreements with schools.

2. User Eligibility

Platform access is limited to:

  • Authorized school administrators

  • Registered teachers

  • Enrolled students

Accounts are created and managed by GenoX in coordination with partner schools.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform for educational purposes only

  • Respect intellectual property rights

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Engage respectfully with platform content and users

The following are prohibited:

  • Unauthorized sharing of materials

  • Misuse of assessments or learning resources

  • Attempting to access restricted areas

  • Uploading harmful or inappropriate content

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, lesson materials, assessments, videos, and resources provided through GenoX are the intellectual property of GenoX Investing in Educational Enterprises, unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reused outside the scope of the authorized educational program without written permission.

5. Platform Availability

GenoX strives to ensure platform reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

6. Account Management

GenoX reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse

  • Modify platform features to improve service quality

  • Restrict access if contractual terms are violated

7. Limitation of Liability

GenoX is not responsible for:

  • Individual academic performance outcomes

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

  • Misuse of platform content by users
